OliverDB Cloud — Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: August 25, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the OliverDB Cloud service. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination as described there.

You may not:

Break the law. Use the Service to store, process, or transmit content or conduct activity that is illegal, or that infringes or misappropriates anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.

Attack the platform or anyone else. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service; breach or attempt to breach tenant isolation or access another customer's data, keys, or instances; interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service; use the Service to attack, scan, or disrupt third-party systems; distribute malware or operate command-and-control, phishing, or spam infrastructure.

Evade limits or metering. Circumvent usage metering, quotas, plan limits, suspension, or access controls; share, resell, or provide the Service to third parties as a standalone service without our written agreement; create accounts through automated means or to evade a prior suspension.

Abuse shared resources. Impose unreasonable load that degrades the Service for others, outside the bounds of your plan's metered capacity.

Submit prohibited data. Send protected health information, payment-card account data, or similarly specially regulated data categories without our prior written agreement, as described in the Terms.

Security research and benchmarks

• Security testing of your own instances is welcome within your tenant's boundary. Testing that touches the platform itself, shared infrastructure, or other tenants requires our prior written permission — write to info@oliverdb.ai; we're responsive to coordinated disclosure.
• Benchmarking is allowed. You may benchmark the Service and publish results — we ask (but do not require) that you disclose methodology and use a current, correctly configured deployment. We publish our own benchmarks and extend the same courtesy.

Reporting

Report suspected violations, vulnerabilities, or abuse to info@oliverdb.ai. We may investigate suspected violations and will cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.
